About
Principal-led. Veteran-owned. Built for the work others walk away from.
Every engagement led by a 25-year enterprise technology veteran who's been on both sides of the table.
Meet the founder
Kurt Hamm
Kurt Hamm spent 25 years inside the enterprise technology machine — as a CIO managing a $33M IT budget and 150 staff, as a Chief Administrative Officer running IT, security, HR, and procurement for a state agency during a pandemic, and as a technical strategist for firms like Deloitte, TTEC Digital, and Slalom.
He's led contact center modernizations from Avaya to Amazon Connect. He's implemented Salesforce CRM for case management under fire. He's rebuilt security programs after a massive data breach under congressional scrutiny. He's scaled unemployment call centers from hundreds to thousands of agents when the phones wouldn't stop ringing.
He started Aetheria Systems because he got tired of watching vendors sell fairy tales and deliver nightmares. After decades on both sides — buying technology and building it — he knows exactly where implementations fail: in the space between systems, where nobody owns the integration and everybody owns the blame.
Through Aetheria, every engagement gets the principal. Not a junior consultant reading from a playbook. The person who's done this work, in production, under pressure, when failure wasn't an option.
